Integrative Speech & Language respects the privacy of the families who visit this website. This policy describes what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you. It applies to this website only.

Please do not send health information through this website

The inquiry form on this website is intended for general, first contact only — enough for us to say hello and arrange a conversation. It is not a secure or confidential channel, and it is not intended for protected health information.

Please do not include diagnoses, evaluation reports, medical records, insurance identifiers, dates of birth, or other sensitive details in the form or in email. Once you become a client, clinical information is exchanged through secure, confidential systems instead, and you will receive a separate Notice of Privacy Practices describing how that information is protected.

Information you provide

When you submit the consultation inquiry form, we receive only what you choose to enter:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, which is optional
• The type of inquiry you selected
• Your preferred method of contact
• The message you write

If you contact us directly by email instead, we receive whatever information you include in that message.

Information collected automatically

This website does not use advertising pixels, behavioral tracking, heatmaps, session recording, or third-party analytics, and it does not use cookies to profile you or follow you across other websites.

Our hosting provider does process standard technical information — such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of your request — as a normal part of serving the site securely. Your IP address is also used briefly to limit how many times the inquiry form can be submitted in a short period, which protects the form from automated spam.

How your information is used

Information you send through this website is used only to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Arrange and follow up about an initial consultation
• Answer questions about services, availability, or collaboration

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not use it for advertising, and we will not add you to a marketing or newsletter list from a website inquiry.

Who else may see it

Inquiries are read by Hannah Rose Marini, MS, CCC-SLP. Limited service providers help operate this website and its email — including our website-hosting provider and our email-delivery provider. Your inquiry is transmitted and stored through those providers as part of delivering it, and they may process your information solely to provide that service on our behalf.

Beyond that, information is shared only when you ask us to (for instance, to coordinate with your child's pediatrician, school, or another provider, with your written authorization), or when the law requires it — including mandated reporting obligations that apply to licensed clinicians.

How long it is kept

Website inquiries are not saved to a database by this website. Inquiry messages are retained by the email and hosting providers described above only as long as needed to respond and, where a family becomes a client, to maintain appropriate business records. You may ask us to delete an inquiry at any time.

Security

This website is served over an encrypted connection, and the inquiry form includes protections against automated abuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, which is why we ask that sensitive health information not be sent through this website.

Children's privacy

This website is written for parents, caregivers, and professionals, and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information submitted directly by a child. Information about a child should be provided by a parent or legal guardian.

Your choices

You are never required to use the inquiry form — you are welcome to email instead. You may ask us what information we have about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and we will honor those requests to the extent the law allows.
